Shipping area

Physical products currently ship within the United Kingdom only. Digital products are available worldwide and are not affected by this restriction.

Delivery times

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days and typically arrive within 3–5 business days via a tracked UK courier service. You'll receive a dispatch confirmation with tracking details by email.

Shipping cost

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on the items in your order and shown before payment.

Returns

Physical products can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. To start a return, email hello@7secondsuccess.com with your order number.

Damaged or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Who pays for return shipping

For a change of mind, return shipping is at your own cost. For damaged, faulty, or incorrect items, we cover return shipping.
