Refund Policy

Digital products

Because digital products are delivered instantly and can be downloaded immediately, refunds are handled case by case. If a file is faulty, missing, or materially not as described, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we'll fix the issue or issue a refund. We do not offer refunds for a change of mind once a digital file has been downloaded — see the Digital Download Policy for details.

Physical products

Physical products can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the item is unused and in its original condition, in line with UK consumer law. See the Shipping & Returns Policy for the return process.

How to request a refund

Email hello@7secondsuccess.com with your order number and the reason for the request. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days.
