• Order data: products purchased, order value, and shipping address for physical orders.
• Payment data: handled directly by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
• AI tool usage: inputs you submit to a tool, generated outputs, and results you choose to save.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited, collected via privacy-respecting analytics.
• Communications: messages sent through the contact form or by email.

How we use your data

• To create and manage your account and process orders.
• To deliver digital downloads and provide access to AI tools you're entitled to use.
• To manage subscriptions and billing through Stripe.
• To send order confirmations, service updates, and — with your consent — marketing emails.
• To maintain the security and reliability of the site.

Legal basis for processing

We rely on performance of a contract (processing your order, providing access you've paid for), legitimate interest (site security, preventing abuse of AI tools), and consent (marketing emails, optional cookies).

Sharing your data

We share data with the service providers required to run the site: Supabase (database, authentication and file storage), Stripe (payments and subscriptions), Resend (transactional email), and our analytics provider. Each processes data under its own data processing terms and does not use your data for its own purposes.

AI tool inputs

Text you submit to an AI tool is sent to our AI provider to generate a response and is not used to train third-party models. We retain generation history so you can view and manage your own saved results; you can delete a saved result at any time from your account.

Data retention

We keep account and order data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to meet accounting and legal obligations. You can request deletion of your account at any time, subject to records we're required to retain by law.
